   Jasmine – Has a delicious oriental aroma which will calm and uplift the senses. Relaxing sensual and romantic oil,  Jasmine     is one of the more expensive oils used in skin care preparations.

Guided Meditation ,Mindfulness & Relaxation

Mediation is a great way to help calm our minds and body.

Sometimes life becomes so overwhelming we kind of “lose our way a little” so by taking a bit of time out can help us gather our thoughts and re focus.

“Mindfulness Guided Meditation is great for anyone’s wellbeing, it is also a fab stress management tool to help support you with things like reducing stress levels, coping with life in general, pain, anxiety, low mood, aiding sleep, learning to breathe and much more.

Helping to clear your mind, relax and take on a more positive thought pattern helps you to be a calmer, happier person and in turn this can help you be more aware of yourself, those around you and enable you to make better decision’s in your life too.

Julz Therapy understand group sessions are not for everyone, especially if you suffer feelings of anxiety, stress or struggle in social situations.

Julz therapy offers something unique in they also work one to one with tailored guided mindfulness meditation and relaxation sessions. (ladies only for this one)

It may be used as a sole therapy or in conjunction with another therapy, its completely up to you and to your personal situation, we discuss at consultation and look together at what may be the best way forward for you.

So whether your feeling stressed, overwhelmed, struggling with life or just want to take some time out to relax  on a one to one basis Julz Therapy can support you on your journey.

50 min ladies one to one guided mindfulness meditation and relaxation session


I also offer small group guided meditation workshops of up to 4 persons.

If you have a few friends or family who want to attend together for a private group guided mediation just contact me to discuss.

Workshops are 50 min and are £10 pp when 4 persons attend.
