   Jasmine – Has a delicious oriental aroma which will calm and uplift the senses. Relaxing sensual and romantic oil,  Jasmine     is one of the more expensive oils used in skin care preparations.

Mediation is a great way to help calm our minds and body.

Sometimes life becomes so overwhelming we kind of “lose our way a little” so by taking a bit of time out, it can help us gather our thoughts and re focus.

Mindfulness Guided Meditation is great for anyone’s wellbeing, it is a fabulous stress management tool to help support you with things like reducing stress levels, coping with life in general, coping better with pain, anxiety, low mood, and aiding sleep.

You will lie comfortably on the therapy couch and learn things like breathing methods, techniques to help clear your mind, relaxation tips and ideas to take on a more positive thought pattern for example.

This all helps you to become a calmer, happier person, more aware of yourself and those around you and supports you to focus and in make better decision’s in your life too.

Julz Therapy understand group sessions are not for everyone, especially if you suffer feelings of anxiety, stress or struggle in social situations and therefore we offer something unique in working one to one with tailored guided mindfulness meditation and relaxation sessions just for you.

Julz is a trained guided meditation teacher and qualified in Cognitive behavioural therapy in the context of life coaching, stress, wellbeing and anxiety management.  

This treatment may be used as a sole therapy or in conjunction with another therapy, its completely up to you and to your personal situation, we discuss at consultation and look together at what may be the best way forward for you.
